Chapter 18 -- Verse 27

Verse:
rāgī karmaphalaprepsurlubdho hiṃsātmako‌உśuciḥ |

harṣaśokānvitaḥ kartā rājasaḥ parikīrtitaḥ ||


रागी कर्मफलप्रेप्सुर्लुब्धो हिंसात्मको‌உशुचिः ।

हर्षशोकान्वितः कर्ता राजसः परिकीर्तितः ॥


Translation: Passionate, desiring to gain the fruits-of-actions, greedy, harmful, impure, full of delight and grief, such an "agent" is said to be RAJASIC (passionate).
