Chapter 7 -- Verse 27

Verse: icchādveṣasamutthena 
dvandvamohena bhārata |
sarvabhūtāni saṃmohaṃ 

sarge yānti parantapa ||

इच्छाद्वेषसमुत्थेन द्वंद्वमोहेन भारत ।
सर्वभूतानि संमोहं सर्गे यांति परंतप ॥

Translation: O scion of Bharata, O conqueror of the foe, all living entities are born into delusion, bewildered by dualities arisen from desire and hate.
